Meditation After Work
I think after work is the best time to meditate. Maybe you just had a frustrating day at school, at work, or wherever you have been today. You had to deal with other people, traffic, a long meeting, or whatever you had to deal with. If you are like most people, it is only natural to go home and take it out on your significant other, your kids, or even the dog or cat. It can be even more frustrating if you had a very tough day and you have nobody to tell or talk to. By doing mediation and getting yourself relaxed and forgetting about what happened to you today, you are training yourself to leave what happened at work and not take it home with you. This trains you to let go and focus on something else, which, in this case, will be your workout coming up and to focus on something that you enjoy, which is golf. You can take a few minutes before you leave work, just sit at your desk and shut your eyes for a few minutes, breathing deeply. Try to clear your mind and thoughts of the day you completed. Before you know it, you’ll be relaxed and ready to go!
